George spent seven years working in his family’s e-commerce business, learning the ins and outs of running a successful online retailer. The most important lesson was simple: always put the customer first.

How Proper Goods UK began
The idea began when we each moved out of our family homes and discovered how many everyday household jobs were awkward, frustrating or unnecessarily time-consuming.
